SCANNING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a scanning system and a method thereof. The scanning system comprises: a scanner; a signal analyzing device; an image generating device; and a controller. The scanner includes a probe which detects the electromagnetic waves of a scanned object; an image camera which images the scanned object; and a thermal image camera which detects the temperature of the scanned object. The signal analyzing device analyzes the electromagnetic waves detected in the probe. The image generating device images the temperature detected in the thermal image camera, and the levels of the electromagnetic waves analyzed in the signal analyzing device. The controller displays the image of the temperature generated in the image generating device, and the levels of the electromagnetic waves; and the image of the scanned object imaged in the image camera together. The present invention intuitionally checks the temperature and the electromagnetic waves at each of scan points; and checks whether or not the relation between the electromagnetic waves and the temperature at each of the scan points is normal.
