The present invention relates to a power steering apparatus which improves durability of a speed reducer, comprising: a worm wheel in which the outer circumferential face on which a gear part is formed is engaged with a worm shaft and a penetration hole formed at the center is coupled at a distance to a pinion shaft; a rotation member which is slidably connected to the pinion shaft to rotate together, attached to the worm wheel or detached from the worm wheel during an up and down sliding, and provided with a permanent magnet at a lower end; and a housing provided with an electromagnet which is positioned in the inner side facing the permanent magnet and slides the rotation member up and down. |
