The present invention relates to deep drawing using aluminum as a main material and manufacturing a deep cap by compressing the wall of an aluminum material placed in the die with a press and punch, and to a structure of thermal compression mold. The structure of a compression molding die comprises protrusions formed sequentially on a front end unit of an inner surface of the die to allow an interval between an outer surface of the punch and an inner circumferential surface of the die to be relatively smaller than the thickness of the aluminum material so the outer surface of the punch and the inner circumferential surface of the mold is to be compression-molded while drawing is performed. Therefore, the thickness of the aluminum material is reduced by the protrusions during the drawing process so a workpiece does not require a post-treatment process since the texture of the workpiece becomes dense, and the surface thereof becomes smooth and glossy. Therefore, provided are the deep drawing using aluminum as a main material and the structure of a compression molding die having effects of: reducing remarkably time and cost spent in manufacturing products to provide inexpensive products to consumers; and lowering failure rates since products with the same size can be produced in the process requiring high-precision. |
