The present invention relates to a bed burner using an adjunct and a fine-particle ore, a FINEX fluidized reduction furnace including the bed burner, and an oxidizer injecting method for the bed burner. The present invention includes an oxidizer injection pipe having a dual pipe structure comprising: an internal pipe placed on a center; and an external pipe placed to have a space part placed between the internal pipe and the external pipe. An end of the oxidizer injection pipe is connected to the FINEX fluidized reduction furnace; and oxygen and nitrogen are separately supplied to the FINEX fluidized reduction furnace through the internal and external pipes, but the fine-particle ore and the adjunct for the FINEX fluidized reduction furnace are supplied into the FINEX fluidized reduction furnace with nitrogen.
