The present invention relates to a heavy member raising device using a hydraulic tuning device. An objective of the present invention is to improve a tuning effectiveness by combining a tuning valve with an anti-free fall valve when raising an upper plate of a bridge or other heavy members. Therefore, it is possible to maintain a constant pressure in a plurality of main hydraulic cylinders while preventing the heavy member from falling and displacing the main hydraulic cylinders by the same displacement amount. Provided is a heavy member raising device using a hydraulic tuning device, comprising: a main lift valve (10) which is connected with a hydraulic pump and supplies a fluid; a main tuning valve (20) which is connected with the main lift valve and divides and conveys the supplied fluid; a plurality of anti-free fall valves (31, 32) which supply the fluid, which is divided and conveyed by the main tuning valve, in respective directions, and prevent a countercurrent; a plurality of main hydraulic cylinders (41, 42) which are arranged to touch a bottom of the heavy member and driven by the fluid supplied by the anti-free fall valves, respectively, to raise the heavy member in a vertical direction; and a control unit (50) which drives the main hydraulic cylinders under the manipulation of a user manipulation unit and controls a vertical upward movement of the heavy member. |
