The present invention relates to a spine fixing device coupled with a rod and supporting the spine. The spine fixing device comprises: a head part having the rod disposed thereon, having a penetration hole defined in a lower surface thereof, and having an accommodating hole formed therein; a screw having a screw part having a screw thread formed thereon and a joint part accommodated in the accommodating hole; a fixing member coupled with the head part, and fixing the rod; and a ring-shaped member disposed between the screw and the head part, and preventing the screw from being separated from the head part. The head part has a lower end portion which is inwardly bent, and has a protrusion part formed thereon to include a disposing groove for disposing the ring-shaped member, so the ring-shaped member comes in contact with the joint part. Accordingly, the weight of the head part is reduced, and productions costs may be saved. At the same time, the screw and the head part may be tilted with respect to each other. |
