PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel manufacturing method capable of improving an optical output and resolution.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a scintillator panel 1 includes the steps of: forming a heat resistant resin layer 3 which is a step cure resin through a gradual curing process on a surface 2a of FOP 2; hardening the heat resistant resin layer 3; and forming a scintillator 4 made of columnar crystals by vapor deposition on a surface 3a of the heat resistant resin layer 3 which is in an opposite side of the FOP 2 in an intermediate stage of the curing reaction of the heat resistant resin layer 3. |
