This information processing device is provided with a magnification factor acquisition unit and an image generation unit. For a reference image, which is an image captured of the eye being operated upon, and a target image, which is an image captured of the eye being operated upon at a time different from the time at which the reference image was captured, the magnification factor acquisition unit acquires the magnification factor of the target image with respect to the reference image. On the basis of the magnification factor acquired by the magnification factor acquisition unit, the image generation unit generates a navigation image which includes navigation information for guiding the eye operation. |
