The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode, an organic electroluminescence display device having the same, and a method of fabricating the organic light emitting diode. A light emitting material layer having a multilayer structure is formed by adding an electron injection material. According to the present invention, as an amount of transferred electrons is increased, efficiency and lifetime can be increased, while processability can be secured by removing an electron injection layer and an electron transportation layer to which a deposition process is applied.
