PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable LSI capable of responding to a dynamic configuration at low power consumption.SOLUTION: A programmable LSI has a plurality of logic elements and each of the plurality of logic elements has a configuration memory. Each of the plurality of logic elements executes arithmetic processing different from each other and changes electrical connection between the logic elements depending on configuration data stored in the configuration memory. The configuration memory has a pair of a volatile storage circuit and a nonvolatile storage circuit. The nonvolatile storage circuit has a transistor in which a channel is formed in an oxide semiconductor layer and a capacitative element in which one of a pair of electrodes is electrically connected to a node which becomes a floating state when the transistor becomes an off state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
