PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a layer to be exfoliated is stuck on base material having a curved surface, and a manufacturing method thereof, and especially provide a display having a curved surface, specifically, a light emitting device having an organic light emitting element which is stuck on base material having a curved surface.SOLUTION: A layer to be exfoliated is transferred on a film, where the layer to be exfoliated contains an organic light emitting element which is arranged on a substrate by using lamination of a first material layer constituted of a metal layer or a nitride layer and a second material layer constituted of an oxide layer. The film and the layer to be exfoliated are warped, so that a display having a curved surface is realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
