<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively construct an excellent electronic apparatus maintenance management environment in a short period of time in which maintenance management of the electronic apparatus from a remote location can be performed without newly developing a dedicated application for analyzing and managing data transmitted from the electronic apparatus and without the need of installing data communication apparatus at the installed place of the electronic apparatus, the electronic apparatus and a plurality of application systems are linked in real time without manual operations, and also the processing of a response type from the electronic apparatus is realized. <P>SOLUTION: To an EAI server 200 which controls a prescribed XML document in which data themselves have a meaning and a structure so as to be utilized in real time among a plurality of linked application systems 230a-230c, a digital composite machine 110 transmits fault information and operation information, etc., generated in the present machine by itself through a Web service as the SOAP message of the XML document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
