1. A method for providing dynamic modeling of a biochemical process via a system, the method comprising:
receiving data in a memory of the system, the data being transmitted to the system, via a network, from a plurality of user systems including at least a first user system and a second user system; transforming the received data into a mathematical model corresponding to the biochemical process via a transformation module of the system; based upon the mathematical model, providing a simulation of dynamics of the biochemical process via a simulation module of the system; publishing the mathematical model to an interactive database, wherein the interactive database receives a first update from the first user system and a second update from the second user system via the network; based upon the first update and the second update, providing a modified real-time simulation of dynamics of the biochemical process for the plurality of user systems via the simulation module; and updating the published mathematical model based upon the modified real-time simulation. |
