The present invention provides: a modified conjugated diene-based polymer in which a phenoxy group in a polar group-containing phenoxy compound is obtained by bonding to at least one of a terminal, main chain, or side chain of a conjugated diene-based polymer, and which can further improve low heat build-up properties and abrasion resistance of a rubber composition; and a rubber composition in which the modified conjugated diene-based polymer is used. |
