摘要 Provided are a copper alloy strip with improved strength, conductivity, bendability and an electronic component for heavy current and an electronic component for heat release containing the same. According to the invention, the copper alloy strip of the invention has 0.04-0.5 parts by weight of Zr and a tensile strength of 550 MPa and more. Also, the copper alloy strip has 0.2% proof stress/tensile strength of 0.9 or more and conductivity of 80% IACS or more. More preferably, the copper alloy strip is heated at 300C for 30 min to have 0.2% proof stress of 500 MPa and more.
