PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera mounting error correction device and method capable of correcting an error in the height direction of a camera.SOLUTION: A camera mounting error correction device 10 includes: a length detection part 11 for detecting the length in each direction of a target marker from a pickup image obtained by picking up the target marker by a camera 3; a rotational angle error correction part 12 for calculating and correcting an error in the rotational angle in each direction of the camera 3 on the basis of the length in each direction of the target marker; a length ratio calculation part 13 for acquiring the corrected length in each direction of the target marker after the rotational angle of the camera 3 is corrected to calculate a length ratio indicating the ratio of length in each direction; and a height error correction part 14 for calculating and correcting an error in the mounting height of the camera 3 on the basis of the length ratio. |
