The present invention relates to an exhaust device installed in an exhaust duct of an apartment house to discharge air. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the exhaust device for an exhaust duct of an apartment house comprises: a first casing; a second casing; a first centrifugal fan; a second centrifugal fan; a driving motor; a driving cylinder; and an expansion discharge plate. Therefore, the present invention increases an exhaust amount to rapidly discharge the air.
