A manufacturing method of a molded product forms a vacant space inside. The manufacturing method of a molded product of the present invention comprises the steps of: providing a mold having a fixed shape and a core material fixated inside; inserting a molding material in a cavity of the mold; solidifying the molding material inside the mold; separating the solidified molded product from the mold; and removing the core material from the inside of the separated molded product. A core material discharging hole having the exposed core material is formed on the molded product. The core material can be crushed into particles by physical shocks. Provided is the manufacturing method of a molded product, which can recycle the core. |
