The present invention relates to a jelly roll-type electrode assembly and, more specifically, relates to a jelly roll-type electrode assembly, which can maximize the performance of a secondary battery by solving the problem due to the expansion of an electrode during charging and discharging. According to the present invention, the jelly roll-type electrode assembly is a jelly roll-type electrode assembly formed by being rolled in a state of a separation sheet and an electrode sheet laminated in an alternate manner.
