摘要 The present invention relates to an environment-friendly adhesive composition using crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol; and to a manufacturing method thereof which comprises the following steps: (1) performing a surface modification process of polyvinyl alcohol which is an environment-friendly aqueous polymeric material by using a silicate compound; (2) making a compound obtained in the step (1) react with an organic acid in order to enhance the adhesion and water resistance of the compound; (3) mixing a compound obtained in the step (2) and natural polymeric latex; and (4) mixing a mixture obtained in the step (3), illite which is an inorganic ceramic material and has far-infrared radiation properties, and inorganic calcium carbonate which is a ceramic material. According to the present invention, the environment-friendly adhesive composition uses: a liquid adhesive ingredient manufactured by mixing natural polymeric latex and surface-modified polyvinyl alcohol whose water resistance and adhesion were enhanced via a surface modification process of polyvinyl alcohol which is an environment-friendly aqueous polymeric material; and a filling material comprising illite which is a natural ceramic material and has far-infrared radiation properties and calcium carbonate which is a natural inorganic ceramic material. Accordingly, provided is an environment-friendly adhesive composition which exhibits environment-friendly properties and is harmless to the human body due to far-infrared radiation caused by illite and calcium carbonate which is a natural ceramic material.
