1. A random access transmission method comprising:
setting number of times of transmission of a preamble to 1; transmitting, by a wireless transmitter implemented in a user equipment, a preamble using a random access channel; receiving, by a wireless receiver implemented in the user equipment, a Random Access Response; judging whether the Random Access Response reception is considered successful or not; incrementing the number of times of transmission of the preamble by 1, in a case where the Random Access Response reception is considered not successful; transmitting, by the wireless transmitter, a preamble using a random access channel, in a case where the Random Access Response reception is considered not successful; receiving, by the wireless receiver, a report request for reporting an information which includes number indicating preambles sent for a last successfully completed random access procedure, the number indicating preambles sent for the last successfully completed random access procedure corresponding to the number of times of transmission of the preamble; and reporting, by the wireless transmitter, the information in a case where the report request is received, wherein the report request is different from a response to a signal transmitted over the random access channel.
