A NOZZLE FOR MICROORGANISMS IMMOBILIZATION DURING THE BIOLOGICAL WASTE WATERS PURIFICATION AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A nozzle for microorganisms immobilization in the biological waste waters purification is made from polymer material in the form of an element of tubular shape with mesh structured lateral surface andclearing holes for waste waters circulation. The element of tubular shape is made of continuous braid of polymer material of round or profile section in the form of several layers of coaxial helical curves with opposite direction of winding. A method for manufacturing the nozzle involves forming the element of tubular shape with mesh structured lateral surface and clearing holes for waste waters circulation by means of extrusion. The element of a tubular shape is formed by an extrusion of continuous braid of plasticized polymer material of round or profile section and winding thereof on the rotary mandrel making back-and-forth motion in the horizontal plane in the form of several layers of coaxial helical curves with opposite direction of winding.
