PURPOSE:To securely carry out the maintenance work such as cleaning or replacement of consumables by storing data in the side of each road facility, and by reading and writing the data at the device in the side of a working car. CONSTITUTION:A computer device 11 is operated, and a list of floodlight to be replaced is written in a memory card 10 through a memory card driver 13. A verification switch 6a of an input device 6 is then operated, so as to read the data stored in a data storing part 3, and it is referred to the replacement list written in the memory card 10. A replacement switch 6b is then operated, and the data regarding date of replacement is written, while the stored data is read from the data storing device 3. The time spent for using the lamp is calculated, and whether the lamp is to be replaced or not is judged. When the lamp is to be replaced with a new one, the data regarding the date of replacement and so on are written in a computer device 4, so as to ensure verification in the next operation. |
