发明名称 DOUBLE STRUCTURE REFRACTORY
摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress reduction in temperature of hot metal and hot steel, to prevent falling off of refractory and to improve durability of container of hot metal and hot steel, by making a double layer structure consisting of a first layer comprising amorphous carbon, magnesia material, alumina material and a binder and a second layer comprising an agalmatolite material and a binder. CONSTITUTION:Refractory of double layer structure consisting of a first layer comprising 100wt.% total amounts of 3-20wt.% amorphous carbon, 0.5-30wt.% magnesia material and the rest of one or more of an alumina material and an alumina-silica material and a binder and a second layer comprising 100wt.% total amounts of an agalmatolite material or the agalmatolite material and one or more of the alumina material and the alumina-silica material. Further addition of one or more of a silicon carbide material, a metal material and a glassy material to the first layer can prevent oxidation of carbonaceous material. The amount of the material added is preferably <20wt.% based on total amounts of the amorphous carbon, the magnesia material, the alumina material and the alumina-silica material.
