AIR CLEANER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an impeller which buffers turbulent flows and vortices, has high air capacity, and generates low noises by using the straightening effect of fine protruding stripes provided on the surface of the blades of an impller used for an air cleaner. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of blades 26 of a centrifugal impeller 24 are fixed to a rear face shroud 27. A casing 28 encompasses the impeller 24 and is disposed so that it has a passage which is smoothly enlarged toward the outer periphery. Air exhausted from the impeller 24 has its dynamic pressure converted to static pressure while passing through the casing 28. It then passes through an exhaust passage and is exhausted from an exhaust port 25. Fine protruding stripes 29 whose cross section has a V shape are disposed on the surface of the blade 26 in approximately the same direction as that of air flow from the inlet side end to outlet side end of the blade.
