The ratio of the area of the synthetic high polymer occupying the inside cavity area of the tube consistin9 of the Porous synthetic high polymer is set at 15 to 80%. Stretched polytetrafluoroethylene is used as this porous synthetic high polymer. At least one kind selected from collagen, gelatin, laminine, etc., is used for the protein.
