<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for training employees who are unskilled, mentally defective, alexia and/or illiterate and efficiently and safely performing an operation without the need of paying substantial training expenses. CONSTITUTION: In a color coding system for training an uneducated person, a mental defective or a person who is alexia at the time of executing the several kinds of the operations, a color for indicating a specified using object and a job or the operation to be performed by the using object having the specified color are specified. In order to teach the color, the using object and the operation in correspondence to the employee, color-coding type visual indication tags such as flash cards or the like are used.</p> |
