METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE ADDRESS FILE TRANSFER

PURPOSE:To avoid data omission on the way by ensuring the management at first and end of file transfer when a file is subject to multiple address distribution. CONSTITUTION:A file to be transferred is read from a transmission file 11 in a transmitter 10 and the file is decomposed into plural blocks after data compression. A serial number 0 is given to a start text and includes a final serial number of a final text. Succeeding texts add serial numbers incremented sequentially and block data are included in the text. A final serial number is added to a final text. The text is subject to multiple address distribution at every constant time by a UDP/IP from file transmission processing 12. A receiver 20 uses a file generating processing 24 to check serial number and when any omitted: number is found out, a re-transmission request processing 25 makes a re-transmission request. The file transmission processing 12 distributes the text again based on the UDP/IP for a 1st re-transmission request and re-transmission reply processing 15 re-transmits the data to the re- transmission request processing 25 with a re-transmission made request by a TCP/IP for a 2nd re-transmission request.
