PURPOSE:To provide a starting device capable of enhancing the reliability by way of preventing malfunction at the time of using a seat belt drawing device or an air bag device, simple in structure, favourable in an assembling property and inexpensive. CONSTITUTION:An ignition pin 22 consisting of a non-magnetic body and free to ignite a detonator by way of moving in the direction of the detonator, an inertial body 23 consisting of a columnar permanent magnet with a through hole 23a passing through the ignition pin 22 with a play provided along its central axis and an annular-type permanent magnet 24 having an inner diameter which is larger than an outer diameter of the inertial body 23 are stored in a trigger case 25 fixed on a retractor base 18. In the case when more than specified acceleration in the direction of the detonator is generated, the inertial body 23 moves the inside of an opening of the annular-type permanent magnet 24 in the direction of the detonator against resiliency of magnetic force against the annular-type permanent magnet 24, and additionally, the ignition pin 22 is arranged to move in the direction of the detonator by attraction force of the magnetic force. |
