<p>PURPOSE:To improve rust-proof function after welding by a method wherein a thermoplastic synthetic resin material and a high-frequency induction heat generating material, treated by coating a silane coupling agent, are kneaded to form and constitute a flat heater body. CONSTITUTION:The heater body 1 of IH resin heater 10 is constituted by kneading thermoplastic synthetic resin material 11 and high-frequency induction heat generating material 12, treated by coating silane coupling agent 13. The flat plate type IH resin heater 10 is interposed between two sheets of flat type synthetic resin plates 20, 20 and a high-frequency magnetic field generating device E, set to the outside of the connecting part, is operated to heat by induction, then, connecting parts are molten by the heat and both resin plates 20, 20 are welded. According to this method, the molten resin is stabilized and rust proof function after curing and molding can be improved.</p> |
