<p>PURPOSE:To effectively reuse a thermoplastic resin foam by a method wherein the thermoplastic resin form is cut into a film form by a cutting member heated to the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin foam, thereby being formed as a fibrous material having fine pores. CONSTITUTION:An electric current is passed to hot wires 11a, 11b, 11c to heat the hot wires 11a, 11b, 11c. Next, a block-form thermoplastic resin foam W is pressed against a guide plate and, in this state, fed in the feed and guide direction toward the hot wires 11a, 11b, 11c at a speed of approximately 0.1-1.0 mm/sec. In this manner, the thermoplastic resin foam W is melted and cut by the hot wires 11a, 11b, 11c in a hot knife manner, thereby being dividedly cut into four cut pieces A, B, C, D. The cut pieces B, C out of the cut pieces A, B, C, D are formed into an approximately 0.1-0.3-mm thick film as a mesh fibrous material having fine pores.</p> |
