MOISTURE REMOVING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To separate moisture of a gaseous phase and a liquid phase and to smoothly generate a revolving stream necessary for separating liquid moisture. CONSTITUTION:A liquid separator 5 is connected to the emitting part of an air compressor. A tagential inflow type cyclone 8 in which air flows and a water recovering housing 17 forming a passage expanding chamber 18 are provided to the liquid separator 5. The inner cylinder of the cyclone 8 protrudes to the passage expanding chamber 18 and an annular groove 19 for recovering liquid moisture is formed around the inner cylinder protruding to the passage expanding chamber 18. The opening part of the inner cylinder protruding to the passage expanding chamber 18 is expanded toward its opening end and the opening end of the inner cylinder protruding to the passage expanding chamber 18 is formed into a curved surface. A small-sized silica gel dryer is connected to the downstream part of the liquid separator 5 and packed with a granular silica gel.
