<p>PURPOSE:To obtain highly concentrated oxygen gas by allowing the exit end of an adsorbed adsorption tower to communicate with the exit end of a regenerated adsorption tower, recovering a gas left in the adsorbed adsorption tower into the regenerated adsorption tower, and introducing mixed gases into the other adsorption tower. CONSTITUTION:Adsorption columns A, B, C filled with zeolite are used. In the first process, the adsorption column A, B and C are subjected to an adsorption process for charging air and discharging oxygen, the first pressurizing state for recovering the pressure after the regeneration, and the recovery of the pressure, respectively. In the process 2, the column A, B, and C are subjected to the adsorption, the second pressurizing, and the vacuum regeneration, respectively. In the process 3, the column A, B and C are subjected to the adsorption, the second pressurizing, and the purge regeneration, respectively. In the process 4, they are subjected to the recovery of the pressure, the adsorption, and the second pressurizing, respectively. In the process 5, the column A and C are subjected to the vacuum regeneration and the second pressurizing, respectively. In the process 6, the column A is subjected to the purge regeneration. In the processes 7-9, the states of the column A, B and C are transferred to those C, A and B, respectively in the processes 1-3. The processes are repeated to continuously generate oxygen.</p> |
