<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently remove a coating film from a coated resin article by immersing the article in a removing fluid mainly comprising an org. solvent, an acid, and an alcohol. CONSTITUTION:A coating film is removed from a coated resin article by immersing the article in a removing fluid mainly comprising an org. solvent, an acid, and an alcohol. When the article is one prepd. by applying a repairing putty to the surface of a resin substrate and then coating the surface with a coating material, the putty is also removed together with the coating film. This method is applicable to resin parts made from an ABS resin, an ACS resin, polyacetal, polystryene, etc., for office automation machines such as a word processor, a personal computer, a computer, a copying machine, etc. Formerly, these machines have problems with resin recycling caused by fingerprints or dirt attached by static electricity.</p> |
