PURPOSE: To realize a hot water supplying and air conditioning system capable of simply and inexpensively predicting air conditioning load and restricting the running cost to lower. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of thermistors 5 are provided on a hot water supply tank 2 for detecting a usage amount of hot water and hot water temperature, and resulting data is stored in hot water supply load storage means 6. Hot water supply load prediction means 7 predicts next day hot water supply load based upon the hot water supply load data, and hot water supply load prediction means 8 sets air conditioning-off or a predicted value in proportion to a hot water supply load predicted value, and further heat source machine control means 9 operates a heat pump unit 1 so as to obtain a necessary amount of storage hot water and an amount of air conditioning heat storage. Since the usage amount of hot water and the hot water temperature reflect actual results such as the number of persons at home and the time at home in addition to an actual weather result, there can be predicted an air conditioning load matched to a life pattern. Hereby, there can be realized a hot water supply air conditioning system with a simple and inexpensive construction and with the restricted running cost. |
