PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the results of antigen-antibody reaction immediately and electrochemically by bonding an exposed electrode part to a matrix part while matching with the ribosome fixing part. SOLUTION: A matrix part 15 is bonded to an electrode system 9 such that an electrode part 10 exposed from an insulation layer 7 is matched with a signal generating part 14 fixed with ribosome thus completing a sensor. When a sample containing a substance to be measured (antigen) is dripped onto the sensor, it is mixed with a bonded body of substance to be measured-robosome destruction factor adsorbed to an analysis starting point 12. A competitive fulcrum 13 covalent bonded with a receptor passes more antigens and the destruction factors of substance to be measured-robosome to a ribosome fixed to a fulcrum 14 thus causing immunological reaction. Consequently, more electrode active substance in ribosome is discharged as compared with the concentration of substance to be measured and arrives at the electrode part 10 where it is oxidized or reduced on an indicating electrode 5 to generate a current proportional to the concentration of substance to be measured between an electrode 5 and a counter electrode 6. |
