<p>PURPOSE: To keep a sufficient lead time for a time code recording/reproducing circuit to process the time code and to secure a continuity of time code in the case of a consecutive recording by transmitting and receiving the time code at a specified period by a system computer. CONSTITUTION: In the case of a consecutive recording, a magnetic tape 18 is reproduced after rewound once. A time code included in a reproducing data and incremented at every 33msec is reproduced by a time code recording/ reproducing circuit 14 and detected by a system computer 22 at a period of 18msec. When detected time codes coincide with each other two times successively, the system computer 22 generates another time code by adding '2' to the above time code and transmits it to the time code transmitting/receiving circuit 14 at an elapse of 18msec after detecting the preceding time code. The time code recording/reproducing circuit 14 outputs so that this time code is recorded from the next frame of the one being currently reproduced.</p> |
