<p>A scaffold comprises a construction assembly (5) and a frame (3) that is provided with a foot (13). The foot (13) is in an embodiment provided with a stepped opening (25), a first part (27) of which is limited by a wall which forms a supporting surface (29) with which the frame (3) rests on a construction member (15) of the construction assembly (5) when being assembled. The stepped opening (25) comprises further a second part (31) that lies deeper in which the construction member (15) is situated when assembled. When coupling the frame (3) to the construction assembly the frame is placed at an angle to the construction member (15). The frame (3) is then tilted up into a vertical position in which the frame rests with its supporting surface on the construction member (15) and pivots on the construction member (15). In an embodiment the foot (13) is then moved horizontally where the supporting surface is freed from the construction member (15) as a result of which the frame (3) moves downwards with respect to the construction member (15) and coupling is effected.</p> |
