The system transmits successions of pulses, essentially consisting of two or more sequences of at least two successive pulses, with the radiation direction changing within each sequence from pulse to pulse. Pulses having equal or similar radiation directions inside a succession have different frequencies, and the back scatter signals towards the end of the succession transmission are received simultaneously.
