PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power-generating facility equipped with a compact exhaust gas cooler involving a small pressure loss and not requiring a filler for decarbonation to be used in the exhaust gas cooler. SOLUTION: The combustive exhaust gas 1A from a fuel reformer 1 and an air electrode off-gas 2A from a fuel cell 2 are cooled and the water contained in the gas is condensed so that a recovered water 20 is obtained, which is stored in a storage chamber 10 in an exhaust gas cooler 8 of a fuel cell power- generating facility, wherein further a bubble releasing apparatus 9 is furnished to supply air in the form of bubbles into the storage chamber 10 of the exhaust gas cooler 8 so as to reduce concentration of the dissolved carbon dioxide gas. |
