PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number times of operation and to execute operation of efficient additional information by calculating a transmission signal in advance corresponding to additional information before starting transmission and storing it as a data array in a storing means. SOLUTION: A user inputs additional information from an additional information inputting means 1. An operation means 2 calculates an additional signal using the additional information inputted by the means 1. The calculated additional signal is stored as a data array in a storage means 3. A bit stream inputting means 4 inputs an information bit stream. An information block counter 5 counts the number of information blocks from the inputted bit stream. When the counted number of the counter 5 fulfills the number of information blocks for one transmission frame, the counted number of a frame counter 9 is added by one. An insertion frame calculating means 10 calculates the number of inserted frames, and a selecting means 7 selects a transmission signal. An outputting means 13 sends the selected transmission signal and a transmission symbol is sent.
