PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control technology of a large capacity optical network where a communication line can be set by means of dynamic wavelength switching or space switching by planning a communication schedule so that a means whose switching time is short is preferentially used among plural independent space or wavelength switching means. SOLUTION: A node which belongs to an optical network and executes communication is provided with an optical transmission/reception means, two and above independent space or wavelength switching means deciding a space or a wavelength that optical transmitter/receiver user and a control means planning a communication schedule so that a means whose switching time is short is preferentially used in two and above switching means when the node executes a series of communication while an opposite node is changed with time.
