PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor which can expand a thermistor characteristics range of a resistance and a B constant by expanding a resistance adjusting range, can easily obtain low resistance and high B constant and accitionally has small variations of a resistance value and high arruracy. SOLUTION: This thermistor is provided with a chip-shaped thermistor element 3, having a rectangular solid shape formed by a ceramic sinter body, surface electrodes 4A and 4B and an internal electrode 2, formed on a side surface and inside of the chip shape thermistor element 3 respectively and terminal electrodes formed on both terminal surfaces of the chip-shaped thermistor element 3, and the surface electrodes 4A and 4B and the internal electrode 2 are mode conductive with only one of terminal electrodes 7A and 7B and are insulated from the other. The chip-shaped thermistor element 3 is made of a plurality of thin plate materials 1A and 1B, which are formed by the ceramic sinter body being bonded by a conductive metal layer 2. |
