PURPOSE: A non-electric pumping device is provided to drive a pump with motive force instead of electricity and substitute a general pump driven by an electric motor in case of power failure by connecting the non-electric pumping device to the general pump. CONSTITUTION: A non-electric pumping device includes a housing(11) having an incurrent hole(14) formed at a side and a drain hole(15) and a water inlet formed at the other side, an impeller received in the housing, a non-electric connection part(13) fixed to the impeller for forming a pumping part, and a bypass tube via which the pumping part is connected to an incurrent canal and a drain tube of an existing pump.
