PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retail sales and home delivery system by which the home delivery time of merchandise is shortened by using the Internet, etc. SOLUTION: This retail sales home delivery system consists of an unspecified majority of clients who can order desired merchandise through a network, a retail server for receiving a merchandise order from a client and also arranging the home delivery of the ordered merchandise and a plurality of vehicles for home delivery for mounting merchandise and traveling round in a prescribed region. The retail server specifies a merchandise delivery place desired by the client in regard to the merchandise ordered by the client also selects a vehicle for home delivery being the closest to the specified merchandise delivery place and delivers the desired merchandise to the client who has ordered the merchandise by the selected vehicle for home delivery. |
