CELL PLATE FOR FUEL CELL, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND FUEL CELL STACK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell plate for a fuel cell and its manufacturing method capable of providing a small and high voltage type solid electrolyte fuel cell, a fuel cell stack comprising such cell plates, and a solid electrolyte fuel cell using such cell plates and stack. SOLUTION: A plurality of single cells are formed in the same cell plate by laminating first electrode layers 2, solid electrolyte layers 3 and second electrode layers 4 so as to cover a plurality of openings 5 formed on a substrate 1. The single cells inside the same cell plate are serially connected by sequentially electrically connecting a first electrode layer 2 to the second electrode layer 4 of an adjacent single cell.
