Device is also provided with base post, light diode, photo-detector, amplifier, block for generation of control signals and executing mechanism. On base post one oppositely to another on same optical axis light diode and photo-detector are mounted, and also block for forming an external magnetic field, which can be made in form of two elements interconnected via magnetic field, located oppositely to one another.
