An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to determine the abnormality of the organic light emitting display device accurately and to reduce a test time. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(100), a plurality of thin film transistors, a pixel unit(200) and a test unit(500). The pixel unit(200) is applied with a data signal and a scan signal, and displays an image. The test unit(500) is formed at the outer side of the substrate(100). The test unit(500) includes a silicon layer which is patterned on the substrate(100), a first insulating film which is formed at the upper part of the silicon layer and has a contact hole contacting both ends of the silicon layer, two metal films which contact both ends of the silicon layer through the contact hole, a second insulating film which is formed at the upper part of the two metal films and is patterned to expose the two metal films, and a transparent electrode which is contacted at the upper part of the two metal films. The silicon layer is a part of an active layer of the thin film transistor. |
