An input rotation speed measurement device of an endurance test machine for a manual transmission is provided to adjust front and rear locations by moving back and forth an entire sensing block as well as the rotating shaft. An input rotation speed measurement device of an endurance test machine for a manual transmission includes a base unit(10), a sensing block(20), a rotating shaft(40), a sensor, and an adaptor(60). The sensing block slides back and forth on the base unit. The rotating shaft is supported by a bearing(30) inside the sensing block. The sensor is mounted on the sensing block and connected to the rear end of the rotating shaft. The adaptor is connected to the front end of the rotating shaft.
