A lifting connector for a steel pipe shaping and joining device is provided to prevent faulty operation of the connector by folding and unfolding the connector through a link mechanism. A steel pipe shaping and jointing device includes a lifting connector(140) for interconnecting shaping units(100A,100B) for holding pipes(P). The lifting connector is constituted by a plurality of connection links(150) which are folded and unfolded in accordance with the spacing between the shaping units. The lifting connector is interposed between the shaping units, and has a connection ring(160) arranged at a center of the connection links such that a lifting device is connected to the connection ring.
